Iceberg Lettuce. There is a site that has fruits and vegetables listed by the alphabet and this may have been the only "i".

Artist Note: It was fun to make marks to express the lettuce: the sweep of the base and the frills on the top. I chose a cool palette to make it "feel crisp".
