Looking at You/ watercolor/ 10.75 x 8/ sold

I wanted to experiment with a deep dark background and these magnificent oranges. This was painted from an image I shot in The Landing Zone at Sylvan Heights Bird Park.

Artist Note:
The dark background used cerulean and Bloxx Blue, olive green and lamp black in three layers dried between each application.
