Pet Project #7: Happy, Happy, Happy!

This wonderful image arrived for the pet project and seemed to paint itself. The little puppy is so palpably happy that it almost bounces out of the painting!

Artist Note: I painted the background in short brush strokes (reminds me of a pixellated image) to add to the "movement" of this delightful animal. This one makes me smile every time I see it!
